POLICIES APPLIED TO THE END CONSUMER
EXCHANGES
Our exchange policy applies within 30 calendar days from the moment the product reaches the customer or the day it is purchased at our direct point of sale. If more than 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately what is described in this policy will not apply.
The exchange process can take between 1 to 20 calendar days. If it takes more than 20 days, no penalty will be established or you will be entitled to request compensation or any type of compensation, but your case will be given higher priority.
Exchanges of garments are subject to inventory availability and will always be made for the value at which they were purchased or a higher value.
Black Friday, Cyber Days, Black Days
During special promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Week and Black Days, exchanges or returns are not accepted on purchased products. These offers are designed to provide exclusive prices and unique discounts, so all products purchased on these dates are considered final sales.
We recommend that you carefully check the specifications, sizes and details of the products before making your purchase. If you have any questions, our customer service team will be available to assist you before confirming your order.
Discounted Products:
All discounted products are considered final sale. This includes sizes, colors and references, so they are not exchangeable.
Right of Withdrawal:
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the money will be refunded, in accordance with the law, within a period of 30 business days.
Guarantee:
The products have a 30 calendar day guarantee, applicable in case of manufacturing defects.
Personal Use Goods:
For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following products cannot be exchanged: underwear (panties, bras, boxers, shorts), socks, bodysuits, catsuits and swimsuits.
Availability of Discounts:
Discounts apply while supplies last or until the end of the commercial activity.
We appreciate your understanding and we are ready to resolve any concerns.
Exceptions:
If the product received has manufacturing defects or does not correspond to the order placed, you can initiate a claim through our customer service within the established deadlines.
Grupo Empresarial PEMC S.A.S. will not refund money, the customer may have the balance in favor for the amount paid, which will be valid for one year to be redeemed from notification through email, phone or WhatsApp registered in the company's databases. If the product chosen to make the change is of greater value, the excess must be paid, but if it is of a lower price, the customer will have the difference as a credit balance.
Exchange or return of underwear or swimwear is not accepted.
Other non-returnable items:
- Health, beauty and personal care items.
- Gift cards
- Socks, leggings, fragrances and jewelry cannot be exchanged.
To complete the exchange, it is advisable to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
The exchange process can be done through communication through the WhatsApp line +57 53162974, to coordinate the shipment to our facilities. The return costs will be borne by the end customer.
Items sold in physical stores that have a discount will not be subject to this policy.
To exercise the right to exchange or withdraw, the products must meet the following requirements:
- The garment must not have been used.
- Have all its labels.
- Not be dirty.
- Have no traces of the use of deodorants or makeup with chemicals that discolor or damage the fabrics.
- Have no traces of the use of chemicals or bleach.
- Not be discolored.
- The garment must not have been altered or modified by the consumer.
- The shape of the garment must be perfect.
- The print, appliqués or embroidery must not have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing or adulteration.
- They must be in the same condition in which they were purchased.
- They must retain the original label. We suggest that you try on the garments before removing them.
- The original packaging in which the product was shipped must be kept.
It is recommended to present the purchase invoice, or indicate the buyer's ID number, and the date on which the product was purchased.
This policy will only apply to purchases made directly between Grupo Empresarial PEMC S.A.S. and the final consumer; no changes will be made to products purchased through authorized distributors.
STORE
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase.
If the item you wish to exchange is of higher value than the original purchase, you will need to pay the difference.
If the item you wish to exchange is of lower value than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment.

USE OF COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS
Coupons, discounts or any type of promotional benefits issued due to system errors, pricing errors or under the concept of guarantees are subject to the terms and conditions established by the company. Such coupons and discounts:
Validity: They shall be valid only within the period indicated at the time of issuance. The company reserves the right to adjust the validity in case of exceptional circumstances.
Limitations on Use: These promotional benefits may not be combined with other active promotions, discounts or coupons, unless expressly indicated by the company.
Review and Adjustment: The company reserves the right to verify and modify coupons or discounts issued in case of detecting any error or misuse, as provided in these terms.
Unique and Non-transferable Use: The coupons or discounts generated by error or guarantee are personal and not transferable to third parties.
Errors in systems and pricing: In the event discounts are provided due to errors in orders, these discounts will apply exclusively to the order originally requested by the customer and will not be transferable or applicable to future orders. The company reserves the right to adjust or limit the discount according to internal policies and the terms set forth in this section.
