EXCHANGES

Our exchange policy applies within 30 calendar days from the moment the product reaches the customer or the day it is purchased at our direct point of sale. If more than 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately what is described in this policy will not apply.

The exchange process can take between 1 to 20 calendar days. If it takes more than 20 days, no penalty will be established or you will be entitled to request compensation or any type of compensation, but your case will be given higher priority.

Exchanges of garments are subject to inventory availability and will always be made for the value at which they were purchased or a higher value.

During special promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Week and Black Days, exchanges or returns are not accepted on purchased products. These offers are designed to provide exclusive prices and unique discounts, so all products purchased on these dates are considered final sales.

If the product chosen to make the change is of greater value, the excess must be paid, but if it is of a lower price, the customer will have the difference as a credit balance.

Exchange or return of underwear or swimwear is not accepted.

To exercise the right to exchange or withdraw, the products must meet the following requirements:
